Pilihan Item / Select Items

  1. Di halaman Menu, pilih kategori yang anda mahu. Klik pada item untuk melihat butiran.
    (On the Menu page, choose a category and click an item to view details.)
  2. Di halaman butiran item, pilih kuantiti dan sebarang addโ€‘ons yang tersedia. Masukkan sebarang catatan khas jika perlu.
    (On the item detail page, choose quantity, pick available addโ€‘ons, and add special notes if needed.)

Tambah ke Troli / Add to Cart

  1. Tekan butang "Add to Cart" untuk menyimpan item ke keranjang. Troli disimpan di penyemak imbas (localStorage).
    (Press "Add to Cart" to save the item to your cart. The cart is stored in your browser.)
  2. Anda akan melihat pemberitahuan ringkas apabila item ditambah.
    (You will see a brief notification when an item is added.)

Semak & Ubah Troli / Review & Edit Cart

  1. Buka halaman Cart untuk semak item, kuantiti, addโ€‘ons dan catatan. Anda boleh ubah kuantiti atau buang item di sini.
    (Open the Cart page to review items, quantities, addโ€‘ons and notes; edit or remove or remove items as needed.)
  2. Subtotal dan jumlah akhir akan dipaparkan di ringkasan pesanan.
    (Subtotal and final total are shown in the order summary.)

Checkout / Checkout

  1. Dari Cart, tekan "Place Order Now" untuk ke halaman Pembayaran. Masukkan emel untuk resit jika mahu.
    (From Cart press "Place Order Now" to go to Payment. Enter your email for a receipt if desired.)
  2. Pilih kaedah pembayaran QR (Maybank QR atau TNG eโ€‘Wallet) sebelum meneruskan.
    (Choose a QR payment method before proceeding.)

Bayar dengan QR / Pay with QR

  1. Tekan "Scan QR Code" dan benarkan akses kamera apabila diminta.
    (Tap "Scan QR Code" and allow camera access.)
  2. Arahkan kamera kepada QR merchant atau gunakan "Enter Reference Manually" jika perlu.
    (Point the camera at the merchant QR or use manual entry.)
  3. Selesaikan pembayaran di aplikasi bank/eโ€‘wallet anda.
    (Complete the payment in your bank/wallet app.)

Resit & Poin Loyalty / Receipt & Loyalty Points

  1. Selepas pembayaran berjaya, anda akan dialihkan ke halaman Resit dan pesanan disimpan di History.
    (After successful payment you'll be redirected to Receipt and the order is saved in History.)
  2. Poin loyalty akan ditambah automatik jika layak.
    (Loyalty points are added automatically when eligible.)

๐Ÿ”ง Isu Umum & Penyelesaian Ringkas / Common Issues & Quick Fixes

  • Kamera tak berfungsi โ†’ beri kebenaran kamera atau gunakan input manual. (Camera not working โ†’ enable camera permission or use manual input.)
  • Cart hilang โ†’ muat semula halaman atau periksa storage. (Cart missing โ†’ reload page or check browser storage.)
  • Pembayaran gagal โ†’ semak sambungan atau cuba kaedah QR lain. (Payment failed โ†’ check connection or try another QR method.)

Poin Loyalty / Loyalty Points

  • Setiap RM 1 pembayaran = 10 poin loyalty. (Every RM 1 spent = 10 loyalty points.)
  • 100 poin = RM 1 diskaun untuk pesanan seterusnya. (100 points = RM 1 discount for next order.)
  • Poin ditambah secara automatik selepas pembayaran berjaya. (Points are added automatically after successful payment.)
  • Diskaun diaplikasikan secara otomatis di checkout. (Discount applied automatically at checkout.)

Catatan Khas & Alergi / Special Notes & Allergies

  • Anda boleh menambahkan catatan khas seperti "Tiada gula", "Alergi kacang", atau "Pedas tinggi". (You can add special notes like "No sugar", "Nut allergy", or "Extra spicy".)
  • Masukkan catatan di kotak "Special Requirements / Notes" pada halaman item detail.
    (Enter notes in the "Special Requirements / Notes" field on the item detail page.)
  • Staf kafe akan mematuhi permintaan anda sebaik-baiknya.
    (The cafe staff will follow your requests as best as they can.)
